Swaraj Celebrates Golden Jubilee With MS Dhoni Autographed Limited Edition Tractor Featuring Golden Accents

Swaraj Tractors marked the successful completion of 50 years of its establishment. It was celebrated with special limited-edition tractors at its first manufacturing plant in Mohali

Swaraj Tractors, a subsidiary of the Mahindra Group, commemorated its golden jubilee on 23rd April 2024 with a grand celebration of the completion of fifty years of its establishment. This remarkable milestone was celebrated at the first manufacturing plant of Swaraj Tractors in Mohali. The brand Swaraj Tractors was established in 1974 with its manufacturing base in Punjab. 

Unveiling Limited-Edition Swaraj Tractors

To mark this achievement, the brand unveiled the special limited-edition tractor embellished with golden accents and autographed by its brand ambassador MS Dhoni. In a celebration honouring Swaraj Tractors' 50th anniversary, a limited edition of the Swaraj 855 FE and Swaraj 744 FE tractors were displayed at its inaugural plant in Mohali. 

For a short period of only two months, such special limited-edition tractors will be offered nationwide in five Swaraj models – 843 XM, 742 XT, 744 FE, 744 XT, and 855 FE – which are crafted with precision. With a nostalgic atmosphere, the joyous occasion honoured Swaraj's lasting legacy and expressed gratitude to all of its partners.

In the same event, Swaraj Tractors announced a new CSR (corporate social responsibility) initiative – Skilling 5000 – to empower women and specially-abled persons by offering vocational skill training in agriculture and other trades. This CSR program meets the Mahindra Group’s philosophy of ‘Together We Rise’ to drive positive change in society. 

Highlighting The Swaraj’s Legacy 

In the agriculture sector, the Swaraj Tractors infused innovation to grow India’s agrarian economy. The Josh Ka Swaran Utsav, a national campaign that returned after travelling the entire stretch of India and meeting over 50,000 customers, culminated at the golden jubilee event. To showcase Swaraj's deep roots in a variety of landscapes, sand art crafted during the event from Desh Ki Mitti was brought from all over India. 

A video testimonial, narrating the story of Swaraj's amazing journey from a humble beginning to becoming one of the key players in the agricultural machinery industry, was shown at the event. This video touched the hearts of stakeholders and customers throughout the nation. The unveiling of a coffee table book, further enriched the narrative of Swaraj’s legacy, serving as a living testament to its fifty-year journey.
